While faculty are receiving both external and internal pressures to cut down on the cost of textbooks they find themselves starting to stockpile open content, usually web resources, so they might someday dump the textbook and only use freely available content. In other words, many faculty are starting to become digital hoarders. In this session learn about two technologies (Diigo and Pinterest) that help facilitate content curation to promote pedagogically sound incorporation of freely available web resources into teaching and learning.
