Peer Assistance Review (PAR) for Adjuncts
The Peer Assistance and Review (or PAR) for Adjunct Faculty program is designed for early-to-mid-career adjuncts. The program shares the same 5 competencies as the Experiential-based Program. This reflective program for Adjunct Faculty is intended to provide significant professional growth and development for Non-Residential Faculty.
This process will be conducted in an environment of support and encouragement. Adjunct Faculty will document and reflect on their instructional expertise, instructional feedback, knowledge acquisition through structured professional development activities, application of new information, along with the benefits found within their own growth and development.
