The 2022 Faculty Convocation is designed to bring together all Maricopa Community Colleges faculty to explore and implement best practices in teaching and learning. The Faculty Developers Committee and MCLI will announce the theme and speaker during the Fall semester.
While this is a virtual event that will be conducted over Webex, we are experimenting with “viewing parties” at the Colleges and have one College that has agreed to support this experiment of an in-person viewing experience.

Approved for 3.25 clock hours of Faculty Professional Growth
Faculty Professional Growth
Faculty Professional Growth has been approved for 3.25 clock hours of non-academic advancement and can be earned by Residential Faculty. To earn FPG, you must participate in the entire program either by participating in the live event or by viewing the recording prior to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2022. When you log into Webex, please log in with your MEID@maricopa.edu so that the system can correctly record your information so we can verify your participation. You will also need to complete the evaluation and assessment prior to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17.
Maricopa Digital Badge
A Maricopa Digital Badge has been approved for this event and can be earned by Maricopa faculty and staff.
